Henan province "double alternative" heating a total of 1.046 million households, exceeded the 2020 plan indicators

Substituting electricity for coal and gas for heating (hereinafter referred to as "dual substitution") is one of the important measures and starting points for the prevention and control of air pollution, and it is also a livelihood project that involves the vast number of rural people to survive the winter warmly. Recently, it was learned from the Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission that this year the province has completed the last target of 1 million households as planned, fully completed the "double replacement" heating work, and achieved the goal of basically "clearing" scattered coal heating in the northern part of the province.
