According to the latest news, the Hebei Provincial Department of Finance issued a document stating that in 2021, the special funds for clean heating in six places in Hebei will total 1.36 billion yuan, including 300 million yuan in Handan City, 300 million yuan in Xingtai City, 300 million yuan in Cangzhou City, and 300 million yuan in Zhangjiakou City. 300 million yuan, 80 million yuan in Dingzhou City, and 80 million yuan in Xinji City.

According to the Ministry of Finance's "Notice on Issuing the 2021 Air Pollution Prevention and Control Fund Budget in Advance" (Caizihuan [2020] No. 73), the city subsidy for the winter clean heating pilot city in the northern part of your city is now issued. : "2110301 Atmosphere". At the same time, the relevant matters are notified as follows:

 

1. According to the implementation plan, the pilot cities are requested to quickly decompose and implement the subsidy funds into specific projects, and cooperate with relevant departments to actively and steadily do a good job of cleaning and heating. The second batch of pilot cities, Handan, Xingtai, Cangzhou, and Zhangjiakou, should prepare for the overall performance evaluation in advance to ensure that they will win the central reward and subsidy funds in full.

 

2. Please follow the relevant requirements of the "Notice of the Ministry of Finance on Printing and Distributing the Measures for the Administration of Air Pollution Prevention and Control Funds" (Cai Jian [2018] No. 578) and other relevant requirements to strengthen the management of special funds, speed up budget execution, and effectively improve the efficiency of financial funds.
