Ema Fashion Company is a large garment manufacturer in Huadu District, Guangzhou, with nearly 6,000 employees. The company has been using oil boilers to supply domestic hot water for employees, which is costly and wasteful, and is a major energy consumer in the area. In August 2010, the company installed 14 sets of RMRB-20SR air water heaters and swipe card system produced by Guangzhou Ruim Energy Saving Co. After four months of operation monitoring, compared with the same period last year, the average monthly energy savings of nearly 100,000 yuan, saving more than 4,000 tons of water, energy saving and emission reduction effect is remarkable.
